Yes. The site doesn't need a secure connection (the padlock) because you don't transmit any private information to the site.

It uses Google/Facebook's OAuth. You'll notice that when you click to sign in, you'll be redirected to a Google/Facebook page which does have the padlock where you can sign in (if you aren't already) which then passes a secure OAuth token to the Lotus Pavilion.

Your password is never transmitted to the pavilion site.
