Until the beginning of your second Events Phase from now, Terrains can not be played, and actions can not move units to or from battlefields.

Political Battle: Target one of your unbowed Magistrates: Dishonor a target Personality opposing him with Personal Honor lower than your Magistrate's Chi. The opposing target's controller chooses whether to bow him or move him home.
