"unconditionally":
A player can take a Battle or Open action only if he is involved in the
currentbattle. This is called the Rule of Presence. This condition is
satisfied if either:
• The player already controls a unit at the current battlefield, or
• The Battle or Open action he wants to use will result in him controlling
a unit there, unconditionally )
One Final March:
Heroic Battle: If any enemy units are at the current battlefield, target two of your Personalities with different Clan alignments, or one to two of your Heroes: Move the targets to the current battlefield. Straighten them if they moved.

Unconditionally: in an unqualified manner, not subject to a condition
Oznacza to ni mniej, ni wiecej, tylko to, ze jesli jakas karta mialaby przyslac postac do bitwy to mozesz jej uzyc nawet bez presence jezeli to przyslanie do bitwy jest bezposrednie, natychmiastowe i pewne. Swietny przyklad masz w wyjasnieniach niektorych zasad:
Ancient Battlefield
Delayed Terrain:
Battle: You may target one of your Honorably Dead Personalities that was destroyed since the end of your last turn by a card another player owned or from having 0 Chi. Negate all non-permanent Chi penalties on him. Bring the Personality into play in your army, ignoring costs and restrictions.
I wyjasnienie dlaczego to nie zadziala:
May not be played in a battle in which you have no units, because it does not move a unit into battle unconditionally; the unit moves in when a player makes a decision when Delayed Terrains resolve, which cannot be determined when it is played.
I dalej np:
Moto Gaheris
Opposing players cannot play Action cards during the Battle Action Segment of a battle containing Gaheris unless the Action removes Gaheris from battle.
An action card must immediately and unconditionally remove Gaheris's unit from the battle to be be legal. An action card that might remove Gaheris (e.g., Stand or Run), destroys Gaheris (e.g., To Do What We Must), or ends the battle (e.g., Entrapping Terrain), is not legal.
Boldem ci wzialem slowko "might" poniewaz jest ono kluczem do calej sprawy ^_^
Edit: Aha, gdybys na przyszlosc mial jakies pytania co do kart to polecam najpierw zajrzec tutaj:
