Floor Rules:
All arounds will be Best 2 out of 3, 60 minutes with the Palmer rule in effect (if time in game 2, winner of game 1 wins, if time in game 3 then draw)
Proxies must be printed and clearly readable
DECKLISTS WILL BE REQUIRED
