Eh, I lurk around here a little bit. I usually don't do these but Kilian searched me out =)

I was out of the country for the week and a half prior to the tournament, so I didn't have time to come up with anything real original so don't expect much insight from the decklisting. =) I just updated the deck I'd played at GenCon and won Bob's Cock Clan Championships with.  It's basically Beefy Commanders with only Powerful Blow as the only Commander action.

I like it better than Scouts, but Scouts is probably the better build.

I'm terrible at remembering names and rounds, but here's the basic run down:

Round 1 - Dragon Military Switch - Steve Lawson

Naval PK wins.

Round 2 - Shadowlands Oni - David Fairbanks

He nails me early with Mysterious, Hired Killer, and Legacy of Tsukuro. I can't attack as his first 3 personalities are Umi-Bozu and he gets the Naval rat early also. I rebuild out of 1 province to his 4 and draw my entire fate deck over the game to win.

Round 3 - No clue.

It was military and I won fast.

Round 4 - Unicorn TOD - can't remember

I Doomed/Oni-D a Turn 3 Chags and out PK him the rest of the way.

Round 5 - Unicorn Swarm - AJ Valle

He swarms me fast. I recover and eventually take over board position. This and round 4 might be switched

Round 6 - BSC - Chris Sharka (#3 seed after swiss)

He hits me early with PK and Reinforce the Gates and rolls me.

Round 7 - DVD - Evan Hixson (#1 seed after swiss)

I blitz, he gets double Saya. I lose.

Round 8 - DVD - Adam Carey

I blitz, he gets no Saya and some gold screw. I win.

Round 9 - Dragon Ring Honor - Howard Hooven (T16 match basically)

I think I break all 4 when he's around 30. Silly game after he attacks into me.

7-2 overall, and #6 seed for break rounds.
