Widzę, że zainteresowanie nikłe tym Legacy, ale gwoli informacji. Zasady Legacy na stronie AEG pochodzą z czasów SE. Aktualnie (nie)zmieniło się (po głosowaniach Legacy Council) co następuje:

Shinzo, Sejmitar ma rację, bo fragment, który Ty wytłuszczyłeś nie przesądza w każdym razie, że obowiązują Celestialowe (albo jakiekolwiek) zasady buudowania decku, a mówi tylko o tym, że karty mają być z Celestiala.

Jeśli chcesz bronić swoich racji, powinineś raczej wytłuszczyć inny fragment:
