Big Deck - update zasad

*** Format Update ***

After some discussion and testing, the following changes will be applied to the format rules:

1) Clan Discounts and the Cavalry Maneuvers Segment are being brought back to the format. - The majority of the game was designed with these two concepts in mind, so they are being reinstated for BigDeck. With the return of the Cavalry Maneuvers Segment, we are removing Cavalry as an Engage Action.

2) Gold Pooling is being removed from the format. - This is another change to reflect the way the game was played for the majority of it's existence. In addition, with the return of Clan Discounts and the existence of Blood Money, keeping Gold Pooling would be "overkill" (for lack of a better term).

3) The 5 Elemental Rings will be an exception to the MRP Rule of the format. - This change means that Rings will be played as printed. Players will be able to pick and choose which version of each Ring they wish to run. Every version will still count towards Enlightenment. The textless Ring Promos that were released during the Emperor Arc will be treated as Emperor Edition Rings.
4) Interrupts and Engage Actions will be considered to be Reactions. - This change means that any card that affects Reactions will also affect Interrupts and Engage Actions.

5) Starting Hand Size will be 6 cards. - When Starting Holdings were introduced in Celestial Edition, the Starting Hand Size was increased from 5 to 6. Since BigDeck uses Starting Holdings, it only makes sense that we use the same Starting Hand Size.
I will be updating the website in the next few days. However, with this announcement and taking into account that there are no major events occurring in the near future, these changes take effect as of today. As always, we'll continue to keep an eye on how the format unfolds with these changes and act accordingly.

Co do czwartego punktu, nie wiem czy traktowanie Interrupts jako Reactions oznacza, że nie dotyczyć ich będzie RoL i RoP?

Słuszna uwaga ale podejrzewam, że oni sami są w fazie testów więc do pewnych rzeczy dopiero dojdą
